Reservation lines are open and

accepting bookings for field

trips for the 2011-2012 school

year. Last year more than 80,000

Maryland school children visited

the Science Center with their

schools as part of the Science

Center’s free admission program.

The Maryland Science Center

offers unlimited free admission

to its exhibit halls throughout the

school year to any school in the

State of Maryland. Schools need

only call and make a reservation

with our reservationists to begin

planning a free field trip to the

Science Center.

In addition to free admission,

schools can also take advantage

of dozens of low cost enrichment

experiences led by our

professional education staff,

see IMAX films and planetarium

shows, and participate in other

programs throughout the day.

our Traveling Science Program

which takes science to the streets

every day to deliver innovative

programs in schools, is available
