Select the country and object's type Zeferino Entertainment Presents \"Championship Thunder\" at the Pan American Center

LAS CRUCES, N.M. - The lineup for the Dec. 3 \"Championship Thunder\" card at the Pan Am Center in Las Cruces has been set. In the main, unbeaten heavyweight David \"Nino\" Rodriguez (35-0, 33 Kos) takes on journeyman Byron Polley (24-12-1, 11 Kos) of St. Joseph, Mo. Former contender Antonio Escalante (25-4, 16 Kos), also of El Paso, is up against New Orleans southpaw Rynell Griffin (6-6, 2 KO\'s).

In what might be the best fight of the night, the area\'s top two females at 130 pounds, Albuquerque\'s Nohime Dennison (4-1-1) and El Paso\'s Jennifer Han (6-1-1), will go at in a sixer. On the undercard: El Paso flyweight Joel Garcia (4-0, 1 KO) vs. Derrick Lopez (0-5) in a six-rounder; Filipino super bantam Bruno Escalante (4-0-1, 3 Kos) takes on Aaron Fernandez (2-5) in a four-rounder; and Carlos Villa (3-0, 2 Kos) is up against Las Cruces \"Pitbull\" Colbert Lozoya (5-10).

An official press conference is set to take place on Thursday, Dec. 1, at 2:00 p.m. at the Pan American Center, Barbara Hubbard Hall. The official weigh-in will take place on Friday, Dec. 2 at 2:00 p.m. inside the arena at the Pan Am Center.
