An excellent opportunity to taste special sweets and cakes with Central European influences, whose tradition is shared with Trieste, such as favette, presnitz and putizza, or the gnocchi di susine (sweet potato gnocchi with plum filling) and, a peculiarity for few, the \"rosa di Gorizia\" a peculiar red radicchio.
