News: Executive Chef Noriyuki Hamada represents Japan at Bocus d\'Or Lyon 2013
Executive Chef Noriyuki Hamada of Bleston Court Yukawatan, a quaint restaurant within the grounds of HOSHINOYA Karuizawa, will represent Japan in the Olympics of French cuisine, the Bocuse d\'Or. This year\'s theme: beef, flounder and lobster - dishes served at the competition will be available at Yukawatan starting in February.
